Hanwell Holdings names Lee Po On as Director

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

The Board of Hanwell Holdings announced the appointment of Lee Po On as Director. The Board of Directors is of the opinion that Mr Lee can contribute positively to the company after reviewing the Nominating Committee’s recommendation and Mr Lee’s qualifications, experience and suitability.

Mr Lee, 57, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

From 1988 to early 2007, Mr Lee worked as an executive director of a Hong Kong listed consortium engaged in real estate, hotel, media, entertainment and retail business in Hong Kong and overseas, according to a Hanwell Holdings report.

Mr Lee joined Television Broadcasts Limited (“TVB”) in early 2007 and currently the Executive Director and Group General Manager of TVB.
