Hisaka Holdings names Lee Mei San as CFO

She will also take up the company secretary role.

Hisaka Holdings announced the appointment of Lee Mei San as chief financial officer.

Mr Lee, 38, will be responsible for the group's financial accounting, financial reporting as well as matters related to corporate finance of the Group. Her responsibilities also include fund flow management, management reporting and tax planning, according to a Hisaka Holdings report.

She was CFO of Unionmet Singapore from 2008 to March 2014, and a senior manager of Ernst & Young, Singapore from 2004 to 2008.
