Hosen Group appoints Patrick Ho Sin Yam as CFO

He has extensive experience in corporate management, corporate finance, financial management, mergers and acquisitions, risk management and investor relations.

Hosen Group announced the appointment of Patrick Ho Sin Yam as chief financial officer.

Mr Ho, 49, will be responsible for the corporate finance, financial management and finance matters of the group.

Mr Ho worked as financial controller of a number of listed companies and private companies in Singapore and Hong Kong. He was responsible for the corporate finance, financial management, acquisitions and divestments, fund raising and finance matters in these companies. He also worked in reputable audit firms both in Singapore and Hong Kong, according to a Hosen Group report.
