Jenaline Low Choh Gek part ways with Transcu Group as Acting CFO

Yet she will be available for consultation on a pro bono basis until the next planned AGM.

The Board of Transcu Group announced the resignation of Jenaline Low Choh Gek as Transcu Group's Acting Chief Financial Officer.

Ms Low, 49, was appointed to the post on 23 March 2012.

Following her departure as COO of the Group, on 23 November 2012, to alleviate the current financial position of the Company, Ms. Low will also cease to be the Acting CFO with effect from 23 November 2012, according to a Transcu Group report.

The Company is also actively recruiting the suitable personnel for the position of CFO.
