Qingmei Group Holdings announced the resignation of Lai Ming Tak as financial controller effective 31 March 2015.
Mr Lai, 29, was in charge of the financial management and the secretarial matters of the company, according to a Qingmei Group Holdings report.
He was appointed to the post on 1 May 2014.
