Leong Mei Theng stepped down as Europtronic Group's group financial controller

She is to pursue other career opportunities.

Ms. Leong, 40, was responsible for directing and managing all aspects of financial activities for the group and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to treasury, taxation, regulatory reporting, financial and budgets planning, internal controls and internal and external audits. She was also in charge of strategic planning with senior management for long term business expansion and delivery of sustainable results. She also handled tax planning for the group and ensured all taxation obligations are met across the region. She was also accountable for managing cash flow and funds for business operations and ensuring corporate governance.
