Li Zhangjiang De Malca stepped down as China Great Land's director

She wanted to pursue other interests.

Miss Li, 64, is the founder and was appointed on January 2, 2004. She was chairman and managing director for the Company.

She worked for China Materials General which is owned by the Ministry of State Security of PRC from 1976 to 1989. She was president of Peru Farry S.A. since 1989. She was an officer for the Ministry of Ordinance Industry of PRC. She worked in several management positions in multinational companies. She was executive chairman for China Great Land Holdings until December 28, 2016 and was its director from January 2, 2004 to December 28, 2016.

She studied business and enterprise management at the Beijing University of Physics and Industry in 1983. She graduated from Beijng University of Physics and Industry in 1975 with a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
