Manufacturing Integration Technology announced the resignation of Lim Yeok Hua as independent director.
Mr Lim, 66, was also chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, Renumeration Committee and Investment Committee, according to a Manufacturing Integration Technology report.
He was appointed to the post on 1 May 2006.
