Low Teck Seng retires as director of Innotek

He retired rotation under Article 103 of the Articles of Association of the Company.

The Board of Innotek announced the retirement of Prof. Low Teck Seng as independent director.

Prof Low, 58, decided to step down after considering Guideline 2.4 of the 2012 Code, which states that the independence of any director who has served the Board beyond nine years from the date of his first appointment should be subject to particularly rigorous review, according to an Innotek report.

Prof Low was also chairman of Audit Committee and member of Nominating and Renumeration Committees. He was appointed to the post 5 March 2004.
