The Board of Luye Pharma Group announced the appointment of Chen WenDe as Chief Operating Officer effective 15 August 2012.
Mr. Chen, 49, was support the Executive Chairman in overseeing the Group's overall operational activities.
He was appointed to the post 1 September 2011, according to a Luye Pharma Group report.
