New Toyo International Holdings names Tan Siew Kheng as Interim Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Tan's 32-year working experience prompted the company's Nominating Committee to recommended her appointment.

The Board of New Toyo International Holdings approved the appointment of Ms Tan Siew Kheng as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Ms Tan, 56, will oversee the Group's functions in accounting, finance, tax and investor relations, according to a New Toyo International Holdings report.

Prior to her appointment, she has been a Teaching Consultant of Singapore Management University from January 2012 to present. Before this, she was Consultant Risk Management of NTUC Income from October 2008 to April 2009 and of Singapore Pools (Pte) Ltd from July 2004 to Mar 2008.
