Ng Boon Leng resigns as Jubilee Industries Holdings' CEO and executive director
In the interim, Chan Swee Choon, the business development director of the group, will take over Mr Ng's post.
The Board of Jubilee Industries Holdings announced the appointment of Ng Boon Leng as chief executive officer effective 31 March 2013.
Mr Ng, 47, resigned on his own accord to pursue personal interest.
The company is in the midst of identifying a suitable candidate to replace the role of Mr Ng Boon Leng.
Mr Ng was in charge of developing and implementing marketing strategies, business future plans and prospects and overseeing the group’s business and marketing operations, according to a Jubilee Industries Holdings report.
He was appointed to the post 9 June 2009.
