Plastoform Holdings names Liu Wai Man as group financial controller and company secretary

He joined the subsidiary of Plastoform Group as operational financial controller in March 2014.

Plastoform Holdings announced the appointment of Liu Wai Man as group financial controller and company secretary.

Mr Liu, 48, will be responsible for finance and accounting functions, tax planning, internal and external reporting matters of the Group, investor relations and to ensure proper compliance with the relevant accounting standards, listing rules and regulations, according to a Plastoform Holdings report.

Mr Liu joined the subsidiary of Plastoform Group as operational financial controller in March 2014. Before this, he was a financial controller in PNG Resources Corp Mgt Services from 2013 to 2014, GP Batteries International from 2010 to 2013, Nam Tai Electrical Products from 2007 to 2010 and Continental Pacific (Hong Kong) from 2003 to 2007.
