The Board of MFS Technology announced the resignation of Prof. Cham Tao Soon as board chairman.
Prof. Cham, 74, was also Nominating Committee chairman, and Audit and Renumeration Committees member.
He was appointed to the post 27 January 2007, according to an MFS Technology report.
