Radiance Group appoints Basil Chan as Director
Mr Chan was also delegated as a member of Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee.
The Board of Radiance Group announced the appointment of Basil Chan as Director.
Upon the recommendations of the Nominating Committee and the Board of Directors, based on Mr Chan's qualification, work experience as well as his experience in listed companies, his appointment as an Independent Director of the Company has been approved by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 25 April 2012, according to a Radiance Group report.
Mr Chan, 61, will also be a member of Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee.
