Sapphire names Cheung Kam Wa as Executive Director and COO

The Board of Sapphire announced the appointment of Cheung Kam Wa as Executive Director and Chief Operatjng Officer.

From 2004 to 2009, Ms Cheung, 48, managed Sichuan TranVic Group's full function of Beijing Liaison Office including collecting Central government industry policy information, government relationship and other things needed to handle in Beijing. She was also in charge of operation of HSC Resources Ltd including Group Assets transferring from China to Hong Kong, getting Bridge Loan for supporting assets reconstruction and liaison with Financial Institutions and banks.
