Scintronix names Tsoi Tung as President and Executive Director

The company also hires Xu Li as Vice President for Finance and Accounting.

The Board of Scintronix announced the appointment of Tsoi Tung as President and Executive Director.

Mr Tsoi, 42, will be responsible for the company's strategic Development and investment plan.

Before his appointment he was President of Chongqing Kingstone Grand Hotel Co. Ltd. (Owner of Chongqing JW Marriot Hotel) from 2006. Prior to this he was Vice President - Bloomage International Investment Group Inc. from 2001 to 2011, and General Manager - Beijing Bloomage Xinyuan Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. from 2001 to 2005, according to a Scintronix report.

Meanwhile, Xu Li, 34, Executive Director of New Bright Investment (Group) Ltd. and Vice President - Chongqing Kingstone Grand Hotel Co. Ltd. from 2011 up to appointment at present post. Before this Xu Li was Executive Director (Vice President before IPO) - Ying Li International Real Estate Ltd. from 2006 to 2010.
