See Hup Seng appoints Lee Kuo Chuen as director

He is currently a professor ofquantitative finance at Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University.

See Hup Seng announced the appointment of Lee Kuo Chuen as independent director.

Mr Lee, 51, is currently a professor of quantitative finance (practice), Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU); academic director of global master of finance dual degree, Lee Kong Chian School of Business, SMU; and special advisor to the Provost and deputy president (Academic Affairs) of SMU from early this year. Before this, he was a visiting professor of Quantitative Finance, Lee Kong Chian School of Business, SMU from 2012 to 2013 and managing director and CEO of Overseas Union Enterprise from 2006 to 2007, according to a See Hup Seng report.
