SunMoon Food Company names Leslie Koh Kok Heng as CFO

His experience in corporate finance and M&A is seen to enhance the in-house support for the growth of the company.

SunMoon Food Company announced the appointment of Leslie Koh Kok Heng as chief financial officer.

Mr Koh, 45, will be responsible for group's finance and accounting functions—coordinating and monitoring risk management and audits; reporting any control lapse(s) to the executive chairman, CEO, and the board; ensuring compliance to regulatory and statutory requirements; investor relations; support any fund raisings; and oversee the human resources management with the group, according to a SunMoon Food Company report.

He was group CFO of R1 International from December 2012 to February 2014; partner, executive director and Head of corporate finance at Ernst and Young from February 2006 to December 2012, and managing director of Prime Partners Corporate Finance from April 2002 to September 2005.
