Surface Mount Tech Holdings appoints two non-executive directors

Sonny Tan Hock Sun and Tan Ser Ko were chosen to prepare for progressively refreshing the Board.

Surface Mount Tech Holdings announced the appointment of Sonny Tan Hock Sun and Tan Ser Ko as independent non-executive director.

Mr Sonny Tan, 57, is currently CEO and management consultant of Wysdom Advisory since January 2010. in the past, he was senior vice/head of printing (from January 2006 to November 2009) and senior vice president head of Corporate Services (from January 2005 to December 2005) of Times Publishing, according to a Surface Mount Tech Holdings report. 

Meanwhile, Mr Tan Ser Ko, 46, is currently executive director of YHM Group since July 2011 and of Centennial Capital since August 2007. Before this, he was independent director of M Development from October 2009 to March 2013.
