Surface Mount Technologies picks Liu Chuan Wen as Executive Director

He will replace Norman Chan Tak Sin who resigned the post but retained as Deputy Chief Financial Officer.

The Board of Surface Mount Technologies announced the appointment of Liu Chuan Wen as Executive Director.

The appointment of Mr Lin, 43, is pursuant to Redbud (Oversea) Holding Limited’s contractual entitlement under the Subscription Agreement. He will oversee the corporate business matters of the Company.

Since December 2009 to Present he is President of Tsinghua Redbud Holding Limited. Before this he was Vice President of Tsinghua Unigroup Ltd from May 2005 to November 2009 and Assistant to President of Tsinghua Unisplendour Corporation Ltd from August 2004 to May 2005.
