Swing Media Technology names Wong Heng Hwai as Director
He will also be a member of Nominating Committee.
The Board of Swing Media Technology announced the appointment of Wong Heng Hwai as Director. The Nominating Committee and Directors have reviewed the qualification and experience of Mr Wong, and approved his appointment as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Mr. Wong, 43, is Director of Perennial Advisory since July 2006. He is also Director of Asiacap Management from July 2005. Prior to these he was a Director of Artha Capital from June 2003 to June 2006, according to a Swing Media Technology report.
