Tan Chay Kee joins JB Foods as director of corporate development

He has almost 20 years of diversified work experiences in a variety of industries.

JB Foods announced the appointment of Tan Chay Kee as director of corporate development.

Mr Tan, 45, shall be deemed an executive officer of the company. He will have overall responsibility on finance, corporate development and human resource, according to a JB Foods report.

Mr Tan possesses almost 20 years of diversified work experiences in a variety of industries, with roles in engineering, compensation consulting, corporate finance, financial/risk management, business development and strategic planning. In the cocoa industry, he was the group financial controller for Petra Foods Cocoa Ingredients Division from 2004 to 2009.
