Tan Kok Meng resigns as ASJ Holdings EVP – sales and marketing

Tan will pursue other career opportunities.

The Board of ASJ Holdings announced the resignation of Tan Kok Meng as executive vice president for sales and marketing effective 12 April 2013.

Tan, 46, has been responsible for overseeing the business and distribution channels developments, focusing on sales and marketing strategies and implementation, managing the Group's profitability through sales, monitoring of stock levels and account receivables, reviewing the Group's supply chain process, and maintaining close co-ordination between the market and factory, according to an ASJ Holdings report.

He was appointed to the post 3 January 2012.
