Mr Tan resigns by his own accord.
The Board of Etika International announced the resignation of Tan San Chuan as Alternate Director to Ms Tan Yet Meng.
Tan San Chuan, 31, was appointed to the post 15 September 2005, according to an Etika International Holdings report.
