The Straits Trading Company announced the retirement of Tan Sri Dato' Dr Lin See-Yan as independent non-executive director.
Tan Sri Dato' Dr Lin See-Yan was also a member of Audit Committee, Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee.
He was appointed to the post 12 August 1994, according to one of The Straits Trading Company reports.
