Tan Yeok Meng retires as CFM Holdings' Executive Director
Bertie Cheng Shao Shiong also steps down as an Independent Director of the company.
The Board of CFM Holdings announced the retirement of Tan Yeok Meng as Executive Director.
Tan Yeok Meng, 50, was responsible for the company's business development. He was appointed to the post 11 December 2003.
Meanwhile, Bertie Cheng Shao Shiong, ndependent Director & Audit Committee Chairman.Member of the Internal Audit Review Committee, and Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee will pursue other personal interest, according to a CFM Holdings report.
Mr Cheng, 75, was appointed to the post 11 December 2003.
