She replaces Zhu Lanfen who resigned at 71 years of age.
The Board of Texhong Textile Group announced the appointment of Zhu Beina as director.
Ms Zhu, 54, has been in the textile industry for over 30 years, according to a Texhong Textile Group report.
She will also be a member of each of the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
