Three WBL Corporation directors step down
Mark Christopher Greaves; Benjamin C. Duster, IV; and Peter Eng Hsi Ko decided to resign after movements in the shareholders of the company.
The Board of WBL Corporation announced the resignation of Mark Christopher Greaves; Benjamin C. Duster, IV; and Peter Eng Hsi Ko as non-executive directors.
Mr Greaves, 56, has decided to step down as he was a nominee of The Straits Trading Company Limited which ceased to be a shareholder of the Company.
He was also a member of Nominating and Risk Committees.

Meanwhile, Mr Duster, 52, and Mr Eng, 48, has decided to step down following the close of the UE Offers, the majority shareholder, UE Centennial Venture Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of United Engineers Limited, intends to reconstitute the Board.
Mr Duster was also a member of Audit Committee and Mr Eng, of Remuneration and Risk Committees.
Mr Duster was appointed to the post 19 April 2010, while Mr Eng on 1 August 2008.
