His resignation was prompted by the cessation of deemed interest in the 779,135,226 shares in Scintronix held by Famemount Global.
Scintronix announced the resignation of Tsoi Tung as president of strategic development and investment plan.
Mr Tsoi, 43, was appointed to the post 30 November 2012, according to a Scintronix report.
