Two Kian Ho Bearings independent directors cease service
Tan Kai Seng retired at annual meeting while Wong Meng Choong was not re-elected.
The Board of Kian Ho Bearings announced the cessation of service of Tan Kai Seng and Wong Meng Choong as non-executive directors.
Mr Tan, 62, who retired at Annual General Meeting, was chairman of Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit Committee.
He was appointed 23 March 2011, according to a Kian Ho Bearings report.
Meanwhile, Mr Wong, 60, was a member of Nominating Committee.
He was appointed to the post 27 February 2013.
