Vibropower appoints Sia Huai Peng as acting COO
She will continue her role as the group financial controller.
Vibropower announced the appointment of Sia Huai Peng as acting chief operating officer.
Ms Sia, 33, will oversees the overall day-to-day operations of the Group. As group financial controller, she continues to be responsible for all aspects of accounting, internal control compliance, financial planning and reporting, according to a Vibropower report.
Prior to her appointment as group financial controller in August 2011, she was audit associate to senior audit manager of RSM Chio Lim LLP from March 2003 to July 2011 and audit assistant of MHC & Associates, DFK from April 2001 to June 2002.
