Vicplas International promotes Gan Ying Hui as CFO

The Board approved her promotion from group financial controller because of her experience and capabilities to her new role.

The Board Vicplas International announced the appointment of Gan Ying Hui as chief financial officer effective 1 August 2013.

Ms Gan, 34, will be responsible for the VicPlas Group's financial functions including accounting, internal controls and auditing, financial and management reporting, tax, financial analysis, mergers & acquisition support and risk management.

Ms Gan joined the VicPlas Group as group financial controller since August 2008 and has been responsible for the VicPlas Group's financial management, internal control system and accounting functions. Prior to that she was an audit manager with a "Big Four" Public Accounting firm in Singapore and is a non-practising member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
