He has has resigned from his position as CFO of the ultimate holding company, United Engineers.
MFS Technology announced the resignation of Wong Hein Jee as non-independent and non-executive director.
Mr Wong, 50, was also a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, according to a MFS Technology report.
He was appointed to the post on 11 March 2014.
