Yamada Green Resources appoints two non-executive directors

Chua Ser Miang and Tan Cheng Han will also be a member of Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee.

Yamada Green Resources announced the appointment of Chua Ser Miang and Tan Cheng Han as independent non-executive directors.

Mr Chua, 45, is currently director of Eastwin Capital since January 2013. In the past, he was also director, Corporate Finance of DMG & Partners Securities from September 2006 to December 2012 and managing director of Asia Growth Capital Advisory from July 2005 to September 2006, according to a Yamada Green Resources report.

Meanwhile, Mr Tan, 48, is a professor in Faculty of Law of National University of Singapore and a consultant for TSMP Law Corporation.
