InnoTek announced the resignation of Yong Kok Hoon as managing director.
Mr Yong, 58, held an executive role in the management and control of InnoTek Group in Singapore, Hong Kong and in Mainland China, according to an InnoTek report.
He was appointed to the post 7 January 2010.
