Z-Obee Holdings' Independent Director resigns

Guo Yanjun will pursue other business commitments.

The Board of Z-Obee Holdings announced the resignation of Guo Yanjun as Independent Non-Executive Director.

Guo, 59, was also Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating Committee, according to a Z-Obee Holdings report.

Guo was appointed 24 September 2007.
