Zhang Yuankai retires as China Bearing Singapore non-executive chairman
Mr Yap Kian Peng also retired as non-executive director.
The Board of China Bearing Singapore announced the retirement of Zhang Yuankai as non-executive chairman.
Mr. Zhang, 78, was responsible for strategic planning and development of new products and market and spearheading the expansion and growth of the Company.
He was appointed to the post 17 May 2006.
On the other hand, Mr Yap, 47, was also the chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Nominating Committee and the Remuneration Committee, according to a China Bearing Singapore report.
He was appointed to the post 22 August 2006.
